Accessibility
Last reviewed September 18, 2026
We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology. This is a statement of intent and effort, not a certification — here's where we stand.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard generally recognized as current best practice for an accessible website, and we treat accessibility as part of how this site is built and maintained rather than something added at the end.
2. What we've done
Some of the specific things we've paid attention to:
- chosen colour combinations across the site that meet WCAG contrast requirements, including for smaller text like captions and fine print
- built forms — including the contact and booking forms — with labelled fields, clear error messages, and visible focus states for keyboard users
- used semantic headings and landmarks so the page structure makes sense to a screen reader
- kept the site navigable by keyboard alone, without relying on a mouse or touch
3. Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished state. Some older content, or content embedded from outside services (like a map or a social media post), may not fully meet this standard. If you find something that doesn't work for you, we'd genuinely like to know — see below.
4. Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, tell us — what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened — and we'll look into it. Reach us at info@cliniquemedix.com or (514) 360-0779.
5. Reviewing this statement
We review this statement whenever we make a significant change to the site, and at least once a year. The date at the top reflects the last review.
